Harcourts Queensland - CEO

How long have you been cycling?
Three years

What inspired you to sign up for a Smiling for Smiddy event and what keeps you coming back?
Martin Millard made me join him for Adelaide to Uluru. He then went on a 6 star cruise to Alaska and I did Uluru and I got hooked by the beautiful human beings and the  heart wrenching, tear jerking stories that ground you.

What does it mean to you to raise money for cancer research?
Giving back feels the best; seeing first hand how the research and breakthroughs are changing peoples lives.

How do you plan to fundraise/what is your top fundraising idea or tip?
We’ll auction a few items, have a pretty cool raffle and ask Mad Dog to check the back of his lounge for a spare $10k!

What’s your favourite post-ride beverage?
A cold Pale Ale

Do you have any rituals or superstitions before you go for a ride?
After Alice to Uluru ... chamois cream, chamois cream, chamois cream!
