What is your nickname? 
Roadrunner, I like to win but doesn’t happen too often!

Where do you work and what is your role? 
Rio Tinto in Weipa, Electrical/Refrigeration mechanic just moved from Moranbah to start this new position. Geoff Ney is very jealous.  

How long have you been cycling?
On and off since a young fella but first road bike July 2017.

What inspired you to sign up for a Smiling for Smiddy event and/or what keeps you coming back? 
Geoff Ney asked me to join him after he completed 2017 Alice to Darwin challenge and I thought how good it would be to support such a great cause…

What does it mean to you to raise money for cancer research?
I think we all know someone who has been through some tough times with cancer, so its great to be able to give something to help the ones in need.

What is your top fundraising idea or tip? 
Just keep asking and plan some fundraising events.

What’s your favourite post-ride beverage? 
A protein shake followed by coffee.

Do you have any rituals or superstitions before you go for a ride? 
Just keep peddling…
